Serdar Paktin,
Founder
Serdar Paktin works at the intersection of Cultural Intelligence and high-consequence strategic decision-making.
With over 15 years of experience across global brands, emerging markets and complex strategic environments, his work has focused on how decisions are interpreted across cultural, social, and structural systems—and how those interpretations shape whether strategic direction holds at scale.
A Fulbright Scholar, he holds a Master's degree from The New School in New York and has lectured at Kadir Has University in Istanbul and mentored at the London College of Communication.
Pakt was founded on a recurring observation: strategic underperformance rarely begins in execution. It begins earlier, in how the systems surrounding a decision are read, framed and acted upon.
